Manly Village Public School markets

The P & C of MVPS operates one of the oldest Saturday markets in the Sydney area. For over 20 years on the school site, on the third Saturday each month, a wonderfully varied and colourful mass of stalls fills the playground.

As the smell of breakfast cooked by the local Lions Club wafts over the school, stall holders' toil to get their stalls ready for the thousands of people who swarm through Manly every day of the year.

Situated just a block from the Manly Corso, we're well positioned to take advantage of the flow of tourists that experience the ferry ride from Circular Quay, then stroll up to the world famous Manly Beach.

With nearly 100 stalls, there is fabulous variety, catering to everyone's tastes. We've got bric a brac treasures, we've got specialty craft stalls, we've got home made jams and preserves. We've got fresh nuts, we've got stained glass products, we've got handcrafted clothes and imported materials from the middle east. We've got massage, we've got natural remedies... in fact there aren't many things we don't have!
